Generally, once we confirm your payment has been received, the shipment will be shipped in one to two working days, (national holiday postponed a day). Delivery time in Taiwan is one to two working days. Delivery time in other regions / countries are detailed in the table below under “Shipment Fees.”

*In some cases, the actual shipping cost may be affected by the size and weight of the goods. If there any additional shipping cost required, before the formal delivery of your order, our customer service staff will inform you as soon as possible. Delivery time information is for reference only. Exact arrival time might be different due to the actual situation, the value and the contents of goods declared and the requirements of local government.
*The manufacturer or supplier provides basic delivery for this product. However, should the shipping company unable to deliver the product normally due to remoteness or other special circumstances (e.g. natural disasters or bad road conditions) and must process delivery through other means, the consumer must pay the shipping company for any additional cost thus derived.

‧Thank you for shopping at FW+PLUS. All goods sold at our site are entitled to a 7-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. Goods received within the 7-day period may apply for return / replacement. Any overdue application of refund / replacement will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in new condition and with complete packaging (keep merchandise, accessories, packaging, manufacturer carton and all accompanying files or documents complete). Products with packaging already opened or with special product attributes specifically stated, can not return, but still entitle the defective, damage and wrong-product-shipped unconditional replacement warranty.
‧Amount of your refund will only apply to the purchase price; shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.
‧You need to contact us within 7 days after receipt of goods before beginning the return process. Orders of unauthorized return without the prior approval will not be accepted for our return process.

Non-returnable Merchandise
Due to the nature of the following items, in the following cases we do not offer refunds*:

*Of course, sometimes accidents may occur. Although we usually do not provide refunds for the condition listed above. If your order is damaged, please contact us.

‧All returns must first be authorized by our customer service team. Please contact customer service within 7 days after receiving your order, returns of more than 7 days will not be accepted. For return / replacement please go to【Contact Us】at the bottom of any site page and send us a message detailing the reason of your return. Within three working days upon receipt of your return application, we will review the case. After approval, we will email you a notification of how you can mail the merchandise back for return processing.
‧We will refund within ten working days after receiving and inspection of your returned merchandise in good condition. A notification email will be sent on the day of the refund. If you are asking for a replacement, our company will give you an equal amount Gift Voucher for you to re-purchase the products you want at our site and make delivery to you.
‧After receiving and inspection of your returned merchandise in good condition, we will refund your purchase amount to your credit card or your payment account. If you wish to receive a credit card refund, please wait for two billing cycles, the refund will appear on your credit card statement. If merchandise is not damaged or defective, the return freight costs will be borne by the customers for return / replacement.
‧A base freight cost will be deducted on your original order amount for the refund.
